Without digital automatic payment, the full fee is charged and reports are released the day that full payment is received. Due to variations in your business practices (i.e. how often you send out paper checks) and post office mail service, if you prefer manual payment, it may delay your receipt of the completed report up to 2-3 weeks after case submission, whereas with digital automatic payment, you receive your report after about 1 clinic day.

Digital automatic payment (credit card, ACH debit, etc.) allows your account to be charged ONLY when your radiology report is complete and submitted back to you. This speeds the process on our end as well, and since it is significantly more secure than physical mailing of payments, we provide you with a discount. If your credit card/payment method expires, you will be charged the full standard fee, and then a double digital automatic payment discount will be applied to your next case upon resuming automatic payment.

A secure Stripe Customer Portal is always available to update your payment method. Enter your billing email address (the address where you receive invoices and receipts) to make changes to your payment method.
